"I purchased two sets of this as a gift for my younger cousins. When the sets arrived, I noticed one of the earring backs was crooked. I called the online customer service and were referred to the local Zales store. They replaced a new back promptly with no question asked. Although the color of the stones are inconsistent and the stones appear smaller than what I have in mind, they looked lovely on my petite cousins (both are 17)."

"this was a gift, too small for me to wear, but the person i gave it too loved it, the stones are very pretty. the chain like most sets is fragile. Over all this one is nice."

"I bought this set for my mother-in-law to compliment the Zales gift I bought her for our wedding, and she loved it! She was not a fan of the earrings, as they hung to low on her ears for her preference, but the necklace was a hit! It would make a beautiful gift for the holidays ..."
