"I purchased this item for my mother for an early Christmas gift, I have to admit that I was nervous because I don't like to order online, with out actually seeing the item first, but when I opened the package I absolutely loved the charm. Yes it is true the chain is very fragile and not really practical for mothers but the charm is lovely. I would recommend this item to anyone. Happy Shopping!"

"I got this gift to give to my wife for Mother's Day. She really liked it when she opened it but the chain is really flimsy, it actually broke the first day she wore it. It was really disappointing. Now she doesn't wear it at all because we haven't had a change to go out and buy another."

"I bought this item for myself. And, although I can't complain about the price of the item (and the discounts that were applied), I do have a major complaint about the chain. The chain is so skimpy and fragile it makes me not even want to wear the necklace. It's so dainty. I can see the chain easily breaking or getting knotted up. Unless you are an extremely delicate person, or willing to buy a replacement chain, I wouldn't really purchase this item. BTW, I plan on buying a replacement chain."
