So Disappointed

"I purchased the necklace a year ago and had the same issue as the others here. It was black when I opened the box. I returned it, which was a simple process. I still have not found a necklace that I like as much as this one. I am very happy that they have found a solution for the tarnishing and will most likely try ordering this again."

Beautiful, Could be Better

"My boyfriend got me this necklace, and mine too was tarnished! It is still beautiful and I love it, but I would like it to be not tarnished. The stones are also very odd. Mine is alexandrite, but sometimes gets red like a ruby and his is the rose one for October, but sometimes look yellow. I still love this necklace, but it definitely could be better."

"After reading the previous review I was a little apprehensive. But in reading the response from the ECommerce team I felt confident the issue had been resolved. So, I ordered this for Mother's day. It turns out I had the same issue with it tarnishing. I took it to my local Zales store and they cleaned it with Silver cleaner and put some tabs in the box that help keep it from tarnishing. I do appreciate Zales standing behind their product though!"

Not So Great

"I bought this item as a gift for my wife for christmas. Was very shocked and ticked off when she opened it christmas morning and it was BLACK. It was tarnished beyond repair. Will be calling tomorrow to have this replaced or refunded. Never had a problem with Zales until now."
