"My husband and I had talked about upgrading my diamond for quite a while. We looked at the rings in the Watertown Store and found one that I absolutely loved. Along with Zales upgrade policy and a sale that was going on I was able to get the ring I wanted. The sales person at the store was very helpful and nice that I would not hesitate in buying jewelery there again. I have many compliments on my new ring and it really makes me proud.
